Sleeping Giant 8km Mini-Loppet
Start Time: Following the 20 km [Approximately 10:15am]
This family oriented distance is perfect for recreational skiers, too. Everyone will enjoy the out and back route on the scenic Marie Louise Lake park roads. Participants will love the snacks(cookies!) at one checkpoint and complete their ski at the same finish line as the competitive distances. Although the event is timed, no prizes are awarded. All skiers will receive a 2012 chocolate gold medal and have an opportunity to be photographed on the podium by Superior Outdoors Magazine!
