After 8:00 pm (EST) March 2, all entries must be made in person at kit pick-up at the Best Western Nor'Wester Resort Hotel, Highway 61, Thunder Bay, ON. Kit pick-up runs Thursday March 4 and Friday March 5 from 3:00 to 9:00 pm EST.

Registration Deadlines
- First early registration deadline is January 8, 2010.
- Second early registration deadline is February 18, 2010.
- Final early registration deadline and online registration close is 8:00 pm (EST) March 2, 2010.
- Registrations are not accepted on Wednesday, March 3rd.
- Registration is available on Thursday, March 4th and Friday, March 5th from 3pm to 9pm at the Nor'wester Hotel.
- Late Registrations will be accepted up to 9:00am(EST) on race day, at the Park Office.
Included in entry fee:
- entry into selected distance and technique. Events are listed here.
- checkpoint services including refreshments, repairs, wax, snacks, and smiles
- souvenir race bib (premium bib for 50 km competitors!)

- first aid services complete with an extensive communications network
- refreshments at the finish area and use of a heated change building

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Entry in the Sleeping Giant Loppet is non-transferrable. Skiing under another persons name will result in disqualification.
Participants may not change their distance during the event by moving either up or down a category. Doing so will result in disqualification. Changes in distance may be made up to 30 minutes before the start of the event.
