Sleeping Giant Loppet 50km Free Technique
Start Time: 10:00 am EST
The stunning course for this marquee event winds around Marie Louise Lake, heads off onto the scenic and challenging Pickerel Lake and Burma Trails then converges with the other distances to finish back at Marie Louise Lake Campground. There are six support stations along the route with water, snacks and sport drink. The fastest male and female finishers overall will win prize packages from Fresh Air Experience. Prizes will also be awarded to the second and third place finishers.The top finisher in each age category will be recognized on a banner to be displayed at Kamview Nordic Centre. Everyone will receive a 2012 chocolate gold medal! Age 16 and up only.
