Kit Pick-Up

Registration kits, including bibs, timing chips and race day information, must be picked up at Kamview Nordic Centre on Thursday Feb. 27th or Friday Feb. 28th between 3:00 and 8:00 pm. The canteen will be offering a "classic" chili dinner special to skiers on Thursday and Friday, so you can enjoy a hot meal and pick-up your kit at the same location!

Organizers will not transport registration kits to the Loppet site for Thunder Bay residents. Kits must be picked up at Kamview on Thursday or Friday. You may pick up kits for skiers other than yourself.

Out of town skiers who wish to pick up their kits at the event start must notify organizers by email before 7pm Friday Feb. 28th. registration@sleepinhgiantloppet.ca

Wax Service

Members of the Lakehead University Varsity Cross-country ski team will provide a glide wax service from 3:00pm to 7:30pm at Kamview Nordic Centre during kit pick up on Thursday and Friday. Drop your skis off before picking up your kit and they will be done in 15 minutes. First come, first served.
