Whatever your age or ability, you can make your own Olympic moment at beautiful Sleeping Giant Provincial Park near Thunder Bay, Ontario. Join hundreds of other recreational and competitive skiers on the expertly groomed trails, enjoy the spectacular scenery, and then take your turn standing on the podium wearing your own special 2010 gold medal made of mouth-watering milk chocolate!
Families and recreational skiers can take part in the 8 km Mini-Loppet or 20 km event which loops around gorgeous Marie Louise Lake. Serious competitors will be challenged by the 50 km course over the Pickerel Lake and Burma Trails pursuing the $1000 cash prize for the first male and female finishers. With a medium distance 35 km course, an open 50 km event, and a separate 50 km classic category, everyone can set their own Olympic year goals and ski to a gold medal finish!
